I love to try out new foundations especially the more affordable ones because you never know what gem you might discover. Last week, I found this Rimmel Match Perfection foundation in BodyCare for £4.99. I recently saw Zoella use this in a makeup tutorial and the coverage and blendability looked so good on her that I felt it would be a shame not to try it.

The coverage was unimpressive to me, nothing spectacular. I honestly think because Zoella has such a tiny face that I misjudged how amazing the coverage would be.
The foundation lasts for about six hours, that’s not long enough for me
It is a more hydrating foundation and as someone with oily/combination skin I wouldn’t repurchase this foundation.
Overall, it is a perfectly fine foundation, it didn’t wow me and in comparison to other drugstore foundations I have used (i.e. L’Oreal Infallible and Maybelline Better Skin) it didn’t impress me.
