I love her blog and she’s just the sweetest, nicest internet person. I will explain the rules below first so you will understand the rest of the post.

Here are the 11 questions Hannah asked:
1. When did your love affair with makeup start?
I have always loved and been obsessed with eyeshadow. I got properly into makeup at around eighteen. I started watching tutorials and reviews and was instantly hooked on YouTube and loved to experiment with different looks. My first year at university was when my first ever blog was born because of all the makeup I was buying.
2. What scents do you lean towards? Floral, fruity, spicy or earthy?
I like fresh and sweet scents, but I am also drawn to spicy lavender scents. Odd but true.
3. What would be your last meal on Earth?
Can I eat everything?
4. Matte, satin or glossy lips?
Glossy at the moment.
5. What makeup trend do you wish would go away already?
I am getting slightly bored of the excessive highlight. They are beautiful and pretty, but I am just tired of it now as someone who doesn’t really wear highlight. Ever. Thanks to texture.
6. What are things about autumn that you are looking forward to the most?
Being seasonally appropriate with my year-round wardrobe of chelsea boots and jumpers. And Halloween, naturally.
7. What books are you currently reading?
I am currently reading Girl on a Train, How To Be A Bawse by Lily Singh and also The January Children. Always open to recommendations though, so if you have any leave them in the comments!
8. When writer’s or blogger’s block hits you, how do you get re-inspired?
I always have a constant wheel of ideas, so it is never that I can’t write it is more that I don’t want to. Sheer laziness. To get past it, I give myself a break. My mind tends to wander when I switch my brain off to watch Gossip Girl or Mad Men and I am hit with ideas and posts that I want to create.
9. How do you keep a consistent blogging schedule when managing other commitments, like full-time work, family, relationships and other hobbies?
I try my best to post every other day, but as I can have a lot going on at times I am always okay with cutting myself some slack. I don’t post for the sake of posting. Usually the posts you read are written immediately before hitting publish or the night before. That way everything feels fresh to me and I am excited to see the response.
10. Say I give you a $500 gift card to Sephora, what would you buy?
Grab some tea and a biscuit because this could take a while. Hypothetical hauls are my favourite. On second thoughts, a lot of the brands surprisingly are available in the UK so I would buy a lifetime’s supply of the Ouai Thinning Hair Supplement ($28 each). Boring but they have been on my wish list forever. $500 would get me 17 packets, leaving me $24 which I would spend on the Sephora Tame Your Mane Frizz Fighting Set with that ($24). If you would like an actual post on this I would be happy to do it, it would just take too long to write it here and I would need to dig deep on the site. Let me know in the comments.
11. What are your favourite blogging props?
I have bought a few over the years, posters from New Look, colourful makeup brushes and even sequins. I hate them all. I like books, magazines and makeup. I love my white and marble backgrounds. I don’t feel like I need anything else. My photography is very amateur and with time maybe I will feel differently, but sometimes it is just nice to keep things simple.
